Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on orders above ₹999.
Shipping charges may apply to orders below ₹999. The applicable shipping charge will be displayed during checkout before you place your order.
Order Processing
Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours after successful order confirmation and payment.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Time
After dispatch, delivery generally takes approximately 3–7 business days, depending on the delivery location.
Delivery timelines may vary for remote locations, during festivals, severe weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be shared when available.
Signed-in customers can also check available shipment updates from Account → Orders.
Delivery Address
Please check that your delivery address, PIN code and contact number are complete and accurate before placing your order.
We may not be able to change the delivery address after the order has been handed over to the courier.
Delayed Deliveries
Occasionally, deliveries may take longer than estimated due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, festivals or other unexpected circumstances.
If your order appears significantly delayed, please contact us with your order number.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, any re-delivery arrangement and applicable charges will be discussed with you.
